The Sheriff's Advisory Councils (ShAdCo) are a notable example of police-citizen partnerships. Members provide JSO with feedback on law enforcement issues, report suspected criminal activity and traffic problems in their sector and promote a safe, secure and involved community. ShAdCo meetings are open to the public.
